How Does Lean Body Blitz Work?

The Eating Plan

We don’t believe in going on a diet. Diets are extreme. They deprive you, make you miserable and they don’t last. This isn’t a diet. This practical eating plan will show you how to make healthy choices every day for the rest of your life. The plan is based on a woman looking to reduce body fat over 12 weeks and we’ll show you how you can customise your portion sizes and adjust your meals to suit your personal goals. To do this, we’ve partnered with dietician Sarah Chantler at Shelly Meltzer & Associates.
